Pastor Anthony Penn has been a member of Morningside UCC since 2004. He served on the Church Council since 2006 becoming an Associate Pastor in 2014. After serving as Assistant Pastor in 2017 he became Co-Pastor. He was ordained Pastor of Morningside United Church of Christ in Inglewood, CA in January 2018.
Anthony studied Fire Protection Administration and Technology at the California State University, Los Angeles and served in the Los Angeles County Fire Department retiring in 2008 after 33 years of service as a Fire Prevention Captain in West Hollywood, Film Desk, Fire Safety Officer Program and, Fire Safety Advisor Program.
Since retirement, he found and serves as CEO of Fire Prevention Consultants, LLC where he serves as a consultant on Fire Codes, Building Codes, as well as performs Fire & Life Safety Consultation and Inspections. Anthony also serves as a Consultant-Prevention & Safety at the Pacific Design Center.
In 2010 earned the designation of Distinguished Toastmaster.
Since 2015 he has served as Vice President, Director of Operations at Power Networking Los Angeles which provides workshops and seminars on networking, brand development, entrepreneurship and, health education.
Since 2009, he has been the Trainer/Consultant for Global Net, Los Angeles where he trains and consults individuals on the use of the internet to build and operate profitable businesses.

Pastor Rohrbaugh has served on the Board of Directors for the Central Connecticut United way, Central Connecticut Red Cross, New Britain Y.M.C.A., and New Britain Symphony Orchestra. His gift of guidance was also used in Connecticut at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford Seminary, New Britain General Hospital, Connecticut Bible Society, Connecticut Council on Alcohol Problems, and the Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation Foundation.
A fixture in Inglewood, he served as Chair of the Inglewood Prayer Breakfast, a program sponsored by the Inglewood Area Ministers' Association (IAMA). He also served as the Protestant Chaplain at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital in Inglewood from 1986-2007 and was appointed to the Daniel Freeman Hospital Foundation and the Centinela/Freeman Hospital Foundation.
